We have been living in the Salt Lake Valley for two weeks now. They have the greatest parks in this area, and we have been having a great time going to all of them. One of the favorite parks we went to was Liberty Park in downtown. Unfortunately our camera died almost immediately after we got there, so I only got one picture of Andy and Ellie running down the path.

Last weekend we went to Andy's brothers apartment and had a little bbq and roasted some s'mores. Andy was really happy to be eating the s'mores, and Ellie had just a little taste but wasn't super impressed. They are a lot sweeter than she is used to eating.
Yesterday I went to run some errands and left Andy with Ellie. He was pulling her around in a box in the front yard when I left. We came home I saw that she was wearing different pants. I asked Andy why, and he said that I had to see it to believe it. He brought me inside and showed me her pants, and there was a huge hole in the bottom and it looked like her pants had been set on fire. He dragged her for so long that the bottom of the box gave out and he didn't notice because she just sat there enjoying the ride. Crazy Girl!

Today we went to the Living Planet Aquarium. It was a lot of fun, and Ellie loved seeing all the animals. We ended up being there at the perfect time because we got to see them feed the octopus, and the penguins. Ellie got to pet a shark and a star fish!
After the aquarium we went a little hike up the canyon near the house and it was such a beautiful hike. The temperature was just right. They had a sign up that said that there was mountain lions around so we were making noise. Andy growled and Ellie thought it was so funny that she started growling too. Our little mountain lion growled all the way down the path! Afterwards we went out to Red Robin for dinner and it made Ellie's day because they gave her her own water!
How fun! I didn't know you guys were in Salt Lake! We have to hang out!:) Did you guys go to Murray City park? THe little yellow swivel seat and the blue ring that spins are down at that park. We go there all the time! :)
