Charlie Turns 1!

Its hard to believe that Charlie is 1!  It was such a fast year, and I'm sad its over!  He is so sweet, funny, and brings so much joy and love to our family.
Last picture before he turns 1
He had a little photo shoot with our good family friend, Tami.

We had little birthday party with our family and he had a good time eating cupcakes, playing with his toys and being loved on by everyone!

Tuckered out
His one year check up went great and we are so grateful that he overcame his health issues, and is perfectly healthy now.

January 2019

We finished our trip to Utah at dinner with Andy's parents.

Penny started sunbeams and she has done so well!

so cute with her crossed ankles!
We went to Deception Pass on a Sunday after church, and on day trip with my sister Peggy and my Mom.

Charlie had his 9 month check up

We absolutely love the trail by our house.  It hugs Lake Washington, and has great views of Mt. Rainier on a clear day.
We had the best morning/afternoon when Andy took a break from the studio.  We went to the Ballard Locks and then to Ivars for lunch.  It was so nice to be together and leave school behind for just a little while.

We finished the month out with Charlie turning 10 months old, and really starting to get into things!

May 2018

In May we finally bought a van!  Squeezing 3 kids in the back seat of hatchback was no joke!  The best part of May though was Charlie getting cleared from his cardiologist of his pulmonary hypertension!  He had one echo at the beginning of the month and more at the end and received the all clear!

first day without oxygen!
All smiles for his final all clear!
We drove to Seattle for Charlie to meet all my side of the family.  We had a great time seeing everyone!

Ellie had her first field trip.  They went to the zoo and thankfully we were able to go too!

Ellie also graduated from Kindergarten!

We've enjoyed lots of walks, and loved watching Charlie get bigger and stronger!
