We went to a Zoo

We have been visiting in Utah with Andy's family while Andy works with his dad at the wood shop.  He finished yesterday, and we aren't leaving Utah until Saturday, so we decided to use today to spend some time together as a family. Ellie loved all the animals and she had a great time.

Ellie loved all the animals so much!  She would start talking and clapping when ever she saw them.  Andy suggested that we open up an exhibit with Ellie in the cage.  I know that she would certainly entertain the people at the zoo!

They have 3 elephants at Hogel Zoo and they were doing a little show when we were there.  Its funny because my Uncle Eric started calling Ellie an "Elliephant" when he found out what her name was going to be.

I have never animals as involved and lively than when we were at the zoo today.  The elephants were making noises, and the tigers were playing with these huge rubber balls in the water, and the polar bear kept jumping off a rock into the water.  The bears were also posing and having a great time.

Ellie kept giving Andy kisses while we going through the zoo, it was so cute!

After we were done with the zoo we went to Red Robin to have some lunch,  and Ellie had her first experience with crayons.  She colored for a minute or so, but then she decided to eat them so we had to take them away.
