Weekend in Logan

This weekend we went up to Logan to celebrate Andy's nephew Jake coming home from his mission in Chili.

But first we got Ellie's hair cut!  This is Ellie's second haircut and this was a big one, she got 5 inches taken off!  She was such a good girl during it and did everything they asked.  She keeps telling everyone she got it cut, even people we don't know.

So long!

We all stayed in a hotel so that Jake could go swimming for the first time in two years.

Jake gave a great talk in church and after sacrament we were all leaving to go to a luncheon and Ellie burst in tears because she didn't want to leave church, she wanted to stay for primary.  It was so cute and sad.

It was so nice on the drive home.  Ellie slept the entire way, and Andy and I were able to talk and laugh and just enjoy 90 minutes without any interruptions from a sweet little 3 year old.
