Andys parents are moving. I'm sad but happy that they can move on to a smaller home and a new chapter.
We loved the fall colors that were starting to pop on the mountains while we were there. We drove up American Fork canyon and went on a little fall walk to enjoy the leaves.
It was also a great weekend to be there because Andy's nieces came home from their mission and we were able to see a lot of family. We also made sure to stop by Pirate-O's, one of our favorite stores and look at their Halloween decorations.
On our way to Utah we listened to a podcast about a mobster named Bugsy. He built the original Flamingo casino in Las Vegas. When were driving back to California we stopped at the casino and found the memorial they have for him. Ellie also loved looking at the live flamingos they have.
It was a great trip and I'm so glad we were able to see the house one last time before they move.
