Orlando

Thursday was six months since we lost Thomas.  We felt it best not to stay around the house and dwell.  I think this is a tradition that we will keep up with.  On his birthdays' we'll do something fun, so that we can celebrate him and what he has meant in our life.

We went to Orlando and took Ellie to see Santa Clause at Bass Pro Shop.  If you live near a Bass Pro Shop I would defiantly recommend taking your kids there, because they have a free Santa area.  You get a picture, they have games, letters to the North Pole, and a crafts.  As last year, Ellie did not like Santa, and Andy and I ended up being in the picture too.  Maybe next year she'll warm up to him.

Afterwards we had lunch on the temple grounds.  It was so nice and peaceful.  Ellie kept pointing and going "Temple! Temple!"  Its nice to be at the temple on days we remember Thomas because the temple is the reason that we will have him again.

Our last stop of the day was to Downtown Disney.  It was fun there, but it was also horrible at the same time.  The reason I say that is because it made me want to go to Disney World so bad!  We had a fund going to buy tickets, but then our starter motor went out and so there went our Disney fund.  Oh well that's life.  At least we had money to fix car and that is the most important thing.
