Trip to Seattle

We had such a fun trip to Washington in October.  It was made even more fun by the fact that Andy was able to get a few days off and come with us!

My sister, Kathryn also flew in from Maui, and it was so nice to have the whole family together!

It was amazing to experience real Fall weather while we were there.  In San Diego, October is one of the hottest months of the year and it felt so good to get away from that for over a week.  We went on walks, and the girls played and played with their cousins.

Andys last day we went into Seattle and had walked along the waterfront, had Dicks for lunch, and went to Kerry Park, which has one of the best views of the city.  We were sad to drop him off at the airport, but I was just happy he got to come at all.  He hadn't been to Washington in two years.

The girls and I went to a pumpkin patch with my mom and dad.  Penny was in such a foul mood that day for some reason.  She didn't want to participate in anything besides eating caramel corn.

We finished the trip off with trick or treating early at Grandma Browns.  I grew up with my grandma down the street and every year after we were done trick or treating we would go there and have donuts and cider.  It was so fun to bring the girls and have them do the same thing.
